管理者以服务为首要职责,为管理对象提供充分的管理服务。应用服务型管理理念,科护士长以服务为职责,以细节为重点,以和谐为目的,用服务保障质量目标的实现,不断完善质量标准,确保实施过程无障碍,用服务体现监控管理的过程,做到制订制度精细化、监控管理细节化,用服务激发下属的工作热情,使护士长感受到被尊重、体验到被理解。
The administrators should regard service as their main responsibility and provide service- oriented management. Thus,the charge nurses in the department should apply service - oriented management concept in nursing management,regard service as the responsibility,focus on particular and aim at harmony, so as to ensure the achievement of quality objectives, modify the quality standards constantly, embody tbe supervision process, motivate nurses' working enthusiasm and make the head nurses to feel respect and understanding.
