加巴喷丁治疗糖尿病性神经痛疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察加巴喷丁治疗糖尿病性神经痛的疗效和安全性。方法将44例糖尿病性神经痛的患者随机分为治疗组(21例)与对照组(23例)。治疗组给予加巴喷丁,以疼痛明显缓解或疼痛缓解的剂量维持用药,对照组应用卡马西平,4周后观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组显效率(38.09%)和有效率(47.62%)明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论加巴喷丁治疗糖尿病性神经痛疗效好,不良反应少。
