摘要 目的:探讨Smart Prep技术在下肢动脉多层螺旋CT血管造影中的应用。方法:采用GE light speed16CT机对60例临床怀疑下肢动脉及其分支血管疾病进行CTA检查:20例Smart Prep软件实时监控靶血管浓度;20例为传统组;20例为小剂量实验组,增强扫描完成数据采集、重组和重建图像显示下肢动脉。结果:Smart Prep技术组成功率为100%;传统组成功率为80%;小剂量实验组成功率为90%。结论:Smart Prep技术实时监控下肢动脉对比剂浓度变化并及时触发增强扫描,不受个体差异影响即可确保增强扫描的实施,优于小剂量试验。 Objective To explore the application of the Smart Prep technique in MSCTA of the lower extremities, Methods By using GE light speed 16 CT image scanner, sixty patients with suspected lower extremities vessel diseases were studied with CTA. For twenty cases, Smart Prep software was used to monitor the concentration of target vessel in real time. Twenty cases were in the tradition group and twenty cases were in the experimental group with minute dose. The scanning was triggered to start collecting data, and three dimensional reconstruction of CTA was performed. Results The success rate was 100% in the Smart Prep Group, 80% in the tradition group, and 90% in the experimental group with minute dose. Conclusion The Smart Prep technique monitors the concentration fluctuation of contrast dose in real time and can trigger the scan in time. It is immune to individual difference and can exactly carry out enhancement scanning and it is better than the minute-dose tests.
