稳定剂对污水聚合物溶液性能影响

摘要 针对矿场实际需求,笔者利用仪器检测和理论分析方法,对两种稳定剂对污水聚合物溶液的黏度、吸附量、阻力因数、残余阻力因数和驱油效果影响进行了评价,并对其作用机理进行了探讨.结果表明,稳定剂可以增大聚合物溶液吸附量、阻力因数和残余阻力因数,进而改善聚合物驱驱油效果,化学键缔合作用、杀菌作用和碳自由基作用是稳定剂改善聚合物溶液黏度性能的主要作用机理. According to the actual request of field production,using the equipment testing and theoretical analysis method,this paper analyzes the effect of the two stabilizers on viscosity,adsorption capacity,resistance coefficient,residual resistance factor and flooding effect of sewage polymer solution,and discusses its working mechanism.The results show that stabilizers can increase adsorption capacity,resistance coefficient and residual resistance factor thereby improving the effect of polymer flooding.The association of the chemical bond,the bactericidal action and the C-centered radical action are the main factors for the stabilizer to improve the performance of the polymer solution.
