摘要
本研究利用农杆菌介导法将转录调控因子CBF1导入北方粳稻沈6014和松粳3号中,经过多轮抗性筛选,获得了抗除草剂草丁膦的材料。PCR分子检测表明,外源基因已经插入到水稻基因组中。转基因植株后代种子在含除草剂的培养基上比对照具有更高的发芽率;4℃低温试验表明,转基因植株比对照的抗寒能力提高。
Transcriptional factor CBFI was transformed into rice varieties ’Shen6014' and ‘Songjing No.3' by means of agrobacterium-mediated method, and the herbicide resistance transformants were obtained after multiple selections. PCR assay revealed that the CBF1 gene was integrated in the rice genome. Compared with the control plants, seeds form T1 transgenic plants showed high germination ratio and better growth at low temperature condition.
