摘要
分析了线切割加工中过电流的不利影响,针对线切割无阻脉冲电源过电流保护问题,提出了一种通过脉冲电源自身改变电参数来防止过电流和长时间短路的方案,设计了保护电路。经试验表明,该方案可有效抑制过电流,能保护电路并提高线切割加工的表面质量。
The paper analyzed the affection of overcurrent in wire electrial-discharge machining (WEDM) and has proposed a scheme to protect the non-resistance pulse generator from overcurrent. Experimental results show that overcurrent is restricted and the circuit of non-resistance pulse genera- tor is protected. And the scheme can help to improve the surface qualities of WEDM.
