摘要
利用光镜和扫描电子显微镜首次对安徽母草属(Lindernia)六种植物的花粉形态进行了观察研究。结果表明该属花粉粒多为近球形,具3沟,表面光滑。探讨了花粉形态特征的分类学意义,支持属级水平的分类。
Pollen grains of Lindernia from Anhui were examined by light microsropy (LM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) for the first time. In this genus, the pollen grains are oblate spheroid with 3 colpi in polar view, and smoothy on the surface. The results showed that the pollen morphology characteristic of Lindernia is in support of genus class for classic taxonomic.
