摘要
商业居住区规划设计目标涉及社会、经济、环境等诸领域,这就决定了对它的评价工作带有综合性的特点。文章通过运用价值工程,采用层次分析法(AHP),根据商业居住区规划设计特点,在确定商业居住区规划设计评价指标体系的基础上,建立了规划设计方案的多目标多层次综合评价模型,确定各评价指标的权重。再利用专家打分,并通过综合运算,从而从若干方案中选出最优方案。
The design purpose of commercial residential district involves many fields of society, economies and environment. This determines the comprehensive characteristics of its evaluation works. The article builds multi-purpose multi-hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model of the planning and designing scheme to determine the weight of each evaluation index according to the planning and designing characteristics of the commercial residential district, using value engineering, Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） and based on determining evaluation index system of commercial residential district planning and designing. In addition, the article utilizes the grading of expert and eomprebensive calculation and selects the best seherne from many schemes.
