摘要 目的探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT表现。资料与方法回顾性分析6例经手术病理证实的肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的螺旋CT扫描资料,重点分析其动脉期强化特点。结果6例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤4例位于右侧,2例位于左侧。病灶呈圆形或椭圆形,边界清晰。5例病灶密度均匀,1例病灶中心部分囊变,2例病灶含针尖状钙化。增强扫描后1例病灶呈均匀性强化,4例无强化。结论肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT特征有助于诊断和鉴别诊断。 Objective To evaluate CT features of adrenal ganglioneuroma. Materials and Methods CT findings in 6 patients with pathologically proven adrenal ganglioneuroma were retrospectively evaluated with emphasis on the enhancement pattern on arterial phase. Results 4 lesions were found in the right adrenal gland and 2 in the left. The lesions appeared as a round or oval well demarcated isodense mass with cystic degeneration in one case and punctuate calcification in two cases. Only one lesion showed marked enhancement on arterial phase and other 4 lesions showed no enhancement after contrast administration. Conclusion Characterstie CT findings of adrenal ganglioneuroma may contribute to the diagnosis.
