摘要
赣州有色冶金研究所与攀钢选钛厂合作,应用SLon1500立环脉动高梯度磁选机进行了微细粒级钛铁矿磁选浮选流程中磁选部分的工业试验,当给矿品位为1103%TiO2时,经一次磁选作业,获钛精矿品位为2123%TiO2、回收率为7624%的指标,为浮选获最终钛精矿奠定了坚实的基础。
Ganzhou Nonferrous Metallurgy Research Institute,in cooperation with Panzhihua's Titanium Concentrator made the commercial test of the magnetic separation section in the magnetic separation flotation flowsheet for micro sized ilmenite ore using a SLon 1500 vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator.Through one pass magnetic separation,a titanium concentrate with a grade of 21.23%TiO 2 and a reco very of 76.24% was obtained at a feed ore grading 11.03%TiO 2,which laid a solid foundation for obtaining a final titanium concentrate by flotation.
