摘要
为了研究日粮中添加酶制剂对荷斯坦奶牛产奶性能的影响,选取54头荷斯坦奶牛,采用随机区组法实验设计,正式实验期为6周,分为6个处理组,分别为:①对照组;②0.1%纤维素酶组;③0.1%半纤维素酶Ⅰ组;④0.1%半纤维素酶Ⅱ组;⑤0.1%半纤维素酶Ⅲ组;⑥0.1%半纤维素酶Ⅳ组。结果表明,半纤维素Ⅰ组与对照组奶牛产奶量分别为24.13和20.32 kg/d,半纤维Ⅰ组产奶量较对照组提高了19%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。对照组、纤维素酶组和半纤维素酶Ⅳ组的牛奶乳脂率分别为3.60%,4.07%和3.79%,后两者乳脂率与对照组相比有所提高,差异显著(P<0.05)。半纤维素Ⅳ组的蛋白率为3.50%,比对照组的提高了9%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。整个实验期间,其他实验组的蛋白率、乳糖率和非乳脂固形物与对照组相比无显著性差异。
The objective of this trial is to research effects of different cellulase and hemicellulase on milk production and milk quality in dairy cows. 54 lactating Holstein cows were used in a randomized block design, formal experimental period lasted for 6 wks, and the cows in each group were fed one of the following diets: ① a basic diet (the control group) ;② a basic diet + 0.1%A, Cellulase; ③a basic diet + 0.1% hemicellulase I ; ④a basic diet + 0.1% hemicellulase Ⅱ ⑤a basic diet + 0.1% hemicellulase Ⅲ; ⑥a basic diet + 0.1% hemicellulase Ⅳ , respectively. The experimental results showed that milk yield in hemicellulase I diet was 24.13 kg/d and increased 19 % (P〈0.01), compared with that of the control treatment. Milk fat percentage of Cellulase and hemicellulase IV groups (4.07% and 3,79 % respectively) increased, compared with the control (3.60 %), and there were significant difference among the treatments and control (P〈0.05). The protein percentage was increased 9 % by hemiceltulase IV diet compared with the control diet. Other nutrient compositions in the milk were not significantly different.
