摘要
以1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体为反应介质,采用微波辐照制备纳米TiO2/PMMA光催化剂,并用XRD和IR对其结构进行了表征。以甲基橙为模拟污染物,高压汞灯为光源,考察了制备过程中无水乙醇、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙二醇600、过硫酸钾等添加剂对TiO2/PMMA光催化剂催化活性的影响。结果表明:通过反应条件的优化,在微波辐照温度为70℃时反应35 min,即可获得具有较高催化活性的TiO2/PMMA光催化剂,其对甲基橙的降解率在1.5 h内可达到99.1%。
TiO2/PMMA photo - catalysts were prepared by microwave irradiating with [ Bmim] BF4 as reactive medium and characterized by XRD and IR, and influences of additives such as ethanol, SDS, polyethylene glycol and KPS on photo - catalytic activity of TiO2/PMMA were investigated with methyl orange as degradation agent and ultraviolet lamp as light source. Result showed that TiO2/PMMA had high photo - catalytic activity and its degradation ratio on methyl orange could be reach 99.1% in 1.5 h at the optimal condition.
