摘要
为探讨PPH治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效，通过尿流动力学筛选McGuireⅠ、Ⅱ型女性压力性尿失禁患者42例，采用PPH加消痔灵注射及双PPH治疗。结果显示，显效38例，占90．48％；有效4例，占9．52％；总有效率100％。38例随访6～18个月，尿失禁无复发。结果表明，PPH加消痔灵注射及双PPH治疗女性压力性尿失禁效果满意，排便障碍同时解除，手术简单，安全可靠。
The objective of this study was to evaluate the treatment of PPH （Procedure for prlapse and Hemorrhoids） for women with urinary incontinence. Authors screened out 42 cases of women with urinary incontinence in type McGuirc Ⅰ , Ⅱ by urodyramic testing,the 42 patients with stress incontinence underwent the PPH procedure plus the injection of Xiaozhiling sclerotberapy and the double-PPH procedure. The markedly effective cases were 38, accounting for 90.48%, the effective cases were 4, accounting for 9.52% ; the total effective rate was 100%. Follow-up for 38 examples lasted for 6-18 months,the urine incontinence didn＇t recur through the urodynamic testing. The PPH plus the injection of Xiaozhiling sclerotherapy and the double-PPH are reliable,safe and simple to manipulate. The treatment of women with urinary incontinence is satisfactory. After the treatment, the disorder of defecation is eliminated.
