摘要
镁合金稀土转化膜技术是近年发展起来的一种环保型镁合金表面处理新技术。综述了国内外镁合金稀土转化膜研究的现状及进展,分析了镁合金稀土转化膜处理工艺的成膜影响因素、膜的形成机制等。
Rare earth conversion coatings have been developing as an environmental-friendly surface treatment technology for magnesium alloys. The progress and current situation in researches of this technology were reviewed. The technics of rare earth conversion coatings of magnaesium alloys, the influencing factors and mechanism of conversion coatings forming were also pointed out. Finally, the devolopment prospects of this technology was suggested.
