摘要
比较了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和紫外分光光度法(UV)测定二硫氰基甲烷含量的结果。结果显示,UV测定二硫氰基甲烷样品含量均值为96.01%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.18%;HPLC法测定同批次样品均值为95.61%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.12%。配对t检验统计结果表明HPLC和UV法的结果没有显著性差异,两种方法均可作为二硫氰基甲烷含量的测定方法。
The determination results of methylene bisthiocyanate by HPLC and UV were compared. (1) HPLC: applied C18 ODS column (4.6mm × 250mm × 5μm) as chromatographic column and aeetonitrile/water (40/60) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.9 mL/min and detection wavelength was 254 nm. (2) UV: The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The results showed that the average quantity of methylene bisthiocyanate by UV was 96.01%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.18%. And the average quantity of HPLC was 95.61%, RSD was 0.12 %. There was no remarkable difference between the results of HPLC and UV accorded statistic conclusion with partnership t test. These two methods could both use for the determination of methylene bisthiocyanate.
