高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定二硫氰基甲烷含量的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 比较了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和紫外分光光度法(UV)测定二硫氰基甲烷含量的结果。结果显示,UV测定二硫氰基甲烷样品含量均值为96.01%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.18%;HPLC法测定同批次样品均值为95.61%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.12%。配对t检验统计结果表明HPLC和UV法的结果没有显著性差异,两种方法均可作为二硫氰基甲烷含量的测定方法。 The determination results of methylene bisthiocyanate by HPLC and UV were compared. (1) HPLC: applied C18 ODS column (4.6mm × 250mm × 5μm) as chromatographic column and aeetonitrile/water (40/60) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.9 mL/min and detection wavelength was 254 nm. (2) UV: The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The results showed that the average quantity of methylene bisthiocyanate by UV was 96.01%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.18%. And the average quantity of HPLC was 95.61%, RSD was 0.12 %. There was no remarkable difference between the results of HPLC and UV accorded statistic conclusion with partnership t test. These two methods could both use for the determination of methylene bisthiocyanate.
