摘要
在实地调研的基础上,利用SWOT分析法对南浔木地板产业集群发展的内部优势和劣势,外部机会和挑战进行了分析,认为南浔木地板产业发展既存在区位、历史文化、集聚效应和品牌等方面的优势,也存在木材资源不足、企业规模过小、产品结构变化和无序竞争等不利因素;同时也认为南浔木地板产业发展的机会和挑战并存。最后,依据SWOT分析提出了集群发展4种战略及策略。
Based on the investigation, analysis was made on strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of the wooden floor industry group in Nanxun, Zhejiang province. It showed that the industry group had strength on geographical position, history, culture, group effect and brand while weakness on lack of wood resources, small scale factories and disorderly competition. Four strategies and tactics were proposed for promoting the development and facing challenges.
