摘要
为了科学、安全地使用三氟氯氰菊酯防治菜用大豆上的害虫,确保产品的质量安全,采用气相色谱法及田间试验方法,研究三氟氯氰菊酯在菜用大豆上的残留消解动态,并对其进行安全使用技术示范试验。结果表明,三氟氯氰菊酯在菜用大豆上的原始沉积量较低,小于0.75 mg/kg,施用有效成分为0.938 g/667 m^2的原始沉积量大于有效成分为0.469 g/667 m^2的原始沉积量,间隔期为7 d连续施用2次三氟氯氰菊酯的原始沉积量高于施用1次的原始沉积量;三氟氯氰菊酯在菜用大豆上的残留消解动态均符合一级动力学方程,消解速率缓慢,消解系数k=0.1639±0.0059,施药后14 d的消解率为74.20%-78.95%,半衰期(T1/2)为7.1-7.4 d,消解99%所需要的时间(T0.99)为47.2-49.0 d。常规方法喷施2.5%三氟氯氰菊酯乳油3 000倍液,施用量75 kg/667 m^2,施用1次的施药后10 d的残留量均小于0.2 mg/kg,平均为0.089 mg/kg;间隔期为7 d连续2次施药后14 d的残留量均小于0.2 mg/kg,平均为0.127 mg/kg,对照GB 2763—2005(叶菜类蔬菜)及日本的MRL,产品符合于我国或日本规定的质量安全要求。
This paper is concerned about our study on the residue dynamics of cyhalothrin in vegetable soybean. As is known, cyhalothrin is often used to control pests for the safety use of vegetables as a kind of non-staple food. Furthermore, it serves as an important foreign trade item for export abroad to many countries, particularly, in Zhangzhou district, Fujian, when deep-frozen. Cherishing the goal of heightening the quality of the produce, we have done a series of field experiments with GC-ECD so as to work out the residue degradation dynamics of cyhalothrin in the soybean plants. At the same time, attention was paid to the safe use technology demonstration. The results of our experiments show that, while the original sediment of cyhalothrin in vegetable soybean was low ( 〈 0.75 mg/kg), with the effective composition of 0. 938 g/667 m^2, whereas the original sediment was higher than that of 0. 469 g/667 m^2, if the interval of each spray was put off twice than once every 7 days. The degradation dynamics of eyhalothrin in the vegetable proved to be in conformity to the first order kinetic equation. In addition, the degradation rate could be made slower, with the degradation coefficient ( | k | ) being 0. 163 9 ± 0. 005 9 on the condition that it was sprayed 14 days later. In that case, the degradation rate would be made to 74.20% - 78.95% , with the T1/2 and T0 .99 of cyhalothrin being within the range of 7.1 - 7.4 d or 47.2 - 49.0 d respectively. Thus, the demonstration experiment on the safe usage technology indicates that, when compared with the conventional methods (when sprayed with 75 kg/667 m^2 of the liquid diluted 3 000 multiple from 2.5% cyhalothrin oil), the last residues were expected to be reduced to less than 0.2 mg/kg every 10 days with the average residues being 0.089 mg/kg, when it was applied once. However, when it was sprayed twice with 7 d at intervals, the last residues would be less 0.2 mg/kg than when 14 days were applied, with the average residue being 0.127 mg/kg. According to GB 2763--2005(foliage vegetable) and the MRL of Japan, the produce thus treated is well qualified both for the s',ffety use standards of China and of Japan.
