摘要
湖嘉申航道升级改造工程,要求增加原有航道的宽度和通航净空高度,位于航道上的岂风桥决定采用整体顶升的方式抬高2.5 m,文中介绍了顶升液压系统的工作原理、支撑结构的组成形式和顶升的过程。为保证顶升的安全,还建立了三维有限元模型分析支撑系统的受力特点,并对主跨上部结构和支撑结构的应力进行了实时监测。
To fulfill the navigation development plan of the Hu-Jia-Shen Channel, which is located in the eastern coast of China, it is necessary to upgrade its width and clearance height. Qifeng Bridge, an arch bridge over the channel, is required to be raised by 2.5 m using integral lifting methods. In this paper, the operation principles of the hydraulic jack system, the composition of the supporting structures as well as the lifting process of the bridge are introduced. For safety purposes, a 3D finite element method (FEM) model of the bridge and supporting system is established to analyze the characteristics of contact and stress distribution. The stress of superstructure and supporting structures are also monitored.
