摘要
分布式发电供能技术是符合国家重大需求的重要研究课题。围绕高渗透率微网的复杂动态行为及安全高效运行这一重大问题,系统提出了分布式发电供能系统研究的4个方面的问题:微网运行特性及高渗透率下与大电网相互作用的机理;含微网新型配电系统的规划理论与方法;微网及含微网配电系统的保护与控制;分布式发电供能系统综合仿真与能量优化管理方法。并对各方面问题所涉及的研究方向进行了概括和展望。
The research on distributed generation technology meets the great demand of China. Focusing on the vital theory of the complicated dynamic performance and the safe and efficient operation of high penetration micro-grid, four fundamental problems in the study of distributed generation system are proposed systematically, including the property of micro-grid and the principle of interaction of high penetration micro-grid with the bulk power system; the planning theory and method of new distribution system containing micro-grids; the protection and control of micro-grid and distribution system with micro-grids; and the integrated simulation of distributed generation system and the optimization method of energy management. The research directions of each scientific problems are surveyed and anticipated.
