摘要
用壳聚糖、聚铝及助剂A等材料复合制备出一种新型环保型自来水处理复合絮凝剂,其最佳使用配比为:V(0.01%壳聚糖)∶V(0.5%聚铝)∶V(0.5%助剂A)=1∶3∶1。该复合絮凝剂与传统的聚铝类自来水絮凝剂相比,其出水浊度和铝离子含量分别下降了10.2%和61.9%,且絮凝剂的药剂成本约下降7.3%,具有明显的经济与环境效益。
Chitosan with poly aluminum chloride and assistant agent has been used for preparing the environmentally friendly flocculant and treating tap water. The best proportion of this flocculant is V (0.01% of chitosan):V (0.5% of poly aluminum chloride):V(0.5% of assistant agent)=1:3:1. The composite flocculant is compared with traditional poly-aluminum flocculant for treating tap water. It is found that the effluent water turbidity and the aluminum ion content of the composite flocculant decrease 10.2% and 61.9% respectively. Moreover, its cost is 7.3% lower than that of traditional flocculant(PAC), and has obvious economic and environmental benefits.
