摘要
介绍了浙江省辐射环境监测站对秦山核电基地的环境监督的实践,包括对秦山核电基地各核电厂流出物的监测、辐射环境的监督性监测,及其上报数据的审核等,探讨了技术监督和监督管理及履行监督职责的方式。
This paper introduces the practice for environmental radiation monitoring at Qinshan Nuclear Power Base by Environmental Radiation Monitoring Station of Zhejiang Province, including effluent supervisory monitoting, environmental radiation supervisory monitoring and check of the submitted data from Nuclear Power Plants. Also supervisory monitoring methods were discussed, including technical monitoring, monitoring management and implementation of supervisory monitoring duty.
