摘要
为了研究温度对处在"渗滤"区的导电复合材料导电行为的影响,以乙烯基酯树脂为基体,用短切碳纤维(CF)为填料,制备了导电复合材料,研究了温度和CF体积分数的变化对复合材料体积电阻率的影响。结果表明,温度对处于"渗滤"区的导电复合材料的电学性能影响显著。当温度从20℃升到100℃时,CF体积分数为2.00%和3.04%的复合材料其体积电阻率降低了28.01%和37.38%,CF体积分数为4.03%和5.63%的复合材料其体积电阻率分别升高了3.00%和9.87%。
In order to study the effect of temperature on the conductivity behavior of conducting percolation area, A few conductive composites, which were consisted of short carbon fiber and using vinyl resin as matrix, were prepared and investigated, focusing on the influence of temperature and carbon fiber volume fraction on the conductivity of composites. The results show that, the conductive composites have remarkable heat resistivity at the percolation area. When temperature rose from 20℃ up to 100℃, the heat resistivity of the composites with carbon fiber volume fraction 2.00 % or 3.04 % decreased 30.0 % or 37.4 %, respectively. However, it increased 3.00 % or 9.87 % when the volume fraction of carbon fiber increased to 4.03 % or 5.63 % respectively.
