摘要 介绍了冰水冷却中和—洗涤吸收法处理高温工业废气的方法原理及冰水冷却中和单元、洗涤吸收处理单元、废水处理单元、抽风系统等装置组成和工艺流程。以无碱玻璃纤维池窑拉丝生产线高温含氟化物废气为例,进口烟气温度250,℃左右,氟化物浓度为200,mg/m3的废气经过本方法处理后,温度降至44,℃,氟化物浓度降至2.35,mg/m3左右,去除率为98.8%,SO2进气浓度为1,000,mg/m3,出口浓度为18.9,mg/m3,去除率为98.1%,均达到国家排放标准。 The principles, equipment units and process flow for treating high temperature industrial waste gas by ice water cooling and scrubbing-absorption are described. As an example, tests were conducted on the treatment of high temperature fluoride- containing waste gas from E-glass fiber furnaces. The treatment of waste gas containing 200 mg/m^3 fluoride at an inlet temperature of about 250 ℃ by this method resulted in temperature decrease to 44 ℃ and fluoride content decrease to about 2.35 mg/m^3, with 98.8% fluoride depleted. For SO2 depletion, 1 000 mg/m^3 inlet SO2 was reduced to 18.9 mg/m^3 outlet SO2, with 98.1% SO2 depleted. Both emissions reached the national standard.
