膀胱移行细胞癌组织中ΔNp63的表达及意义

摘要 目的研究△Np63在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCCB)组织中的表达及意义。方法采用RT-PCR方法对36例膀胱移行细胞癌及10例正常膀胱粘膜上皮组织中△Np63mRNA的表达情况进行检测和比较。结果28例膀胱移行细胞癌组织(77.78%),1例正常膀胱粘膜上皮组织(10.00%)△Np63mRNA呈阳性表达,膀胱移行细胞癌组ΔNp63mRNA的阳性率明显高于正常组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。ΔNp63mRNA在不同临床分期和病理分级的阳性表达差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论ΔNp63mRNA在膀胱移行细胞癌中高表达,可能与膀胱移行细胞癌的发生有关。 Objective To investigate the significicance of the expression of delta Np63 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods RT-PCR was used to observe delta Np63 mRNA expression in 36 eases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal badder museosa. Results Delta Np63 mRNA overpressed in 28 cases of bladder transiional cell carcinoma and 1 case of normal badder muscosa. The differences expression rate of delta Np63 mRNA in different pathological types and clinical stages of TCCB were no significant. Conclusion Higher level of delta Np63 mRNA expres- sion is associate with the genesis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
