妊娠与亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的相互影响 被引量：22

摘要 亚临床甲状腺功能减退症（亚甲减）又称为轻度甲状腺功能衰竭（mild thyroid failure，MTF），是指无或仅有轻微甲状腺功能低下症状，在实验室检查中发现血清促甲状腺素（TSH）轻度升高（正常值4～10mU／L），而血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、血清甲状腺素（T4）、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（ST3）、血清游离甲状腺素（FT4）水平均正常的一种综合征。
