微小弹性啮合轮传动稳定性仿真及实验研究

摘要 微小弹性啮合轮是一种新型传动机构,瞬时传动比是衡量微小弹性啮合轮连续稳定啮合传动的一个重要的性能参数。针对所研制的微小弹性啮合轮传动机构的瞬时传动比,进行运动学仿真和实验研究,得到其传动平稳性规律。 Micro-Elastic-Meshing-Wheel-Transmission(MEMWT) is a novel mechanical transmission mechanism. Instantaneous transmission ratio is a key parameter for MEMWT on successive meshing transmission. The simulation of kinematics and experiment research on the MEMWT are carried out, and the rule of transmission stability is gotten.
