摘要
基于接触爆炸荷载作用下金属薄板实验,应用有限元软件ANSYS/LS—DYNA,分析了冲击荷载作用下固支方板和单向支承方板的变形过程、应变分布和面内位移,得到了方板的起裂位置和起裂冲量。结果表明:冲量相同时,冲击荷载作用面积越大,方板变形的范围越大,而中心挠度越小。对于固支方板,当荷载作用半径与方板一半边长之比R/L〈0.32时,中心处首先开裂;R/L〉0.32时,边界中点处起裂。对于单向支承方板,当R/L≤0.4时,中心处首先开裂;当R/L〉0.4时,起裂位置在边界中点附近或加载区边缘附近或角点附近。当R/L≥0.35时,单向支承方板边界产生明显的面内位移,起裂冲量比固支方板提高幅度可达23.4%~112.7%。
Based on the published experimental data,plastic deformation and rupture problems of clamped and unilaterally supported square plates subjected to impulse loads are studied with software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.Their deformation,strain distribution and in-plane displacement are analyzed.The results show that their deformation,the crack location and rupture impulse are all affected by the loading areas.Under the same impulse load,the deformed areas in the plates increase with increase in loading area,and the centre deflection reduces reversely.For clamped plates,rupture begins at the centre when R/L<0.32(R is the radius of load area,L is half of the plate length),and the rupture location changes from the centre to the midpoint of the boundary when R/L>0.32.For unilaterally supported plates,rupture begins at the centre when R/L≤0.4,while the rupture location is at the neighborhood of the boundary midpoint or the loading area's edge or the corner when R/L>0.4.Because there is in-plane displacement at the boundary of unilaterally supported plates,their rupture impulse is much higher than that of clamped plates from 23.4% to 112.7% when R/L≥0.35.
