摘要
将基于AT89C51单片机的温度控制系统应用于沼气的生产过程中,降低了不同季节的环境温度与太阳能的变化对沼气发酵的不利影响,实现了沼气生产中对太阳能的高效利用,提高了沼气反应罐工作的稳定性和持久性。为此,对沼气发酵最佳工作温度进行了分析,阐述了控制系统的工作原理,介绍了温度控制系统的主要硬件电路和软件程序设计。实验表明,系统稳定可靠,使用简单,能够满足利用太阳能生产沼气的要求。
The temperature control system based on AT89C51 single -chip microcomputer is applied to biogas production. The ambient temperature and solar changes in different seasons on the adverse effects of biogas fermentation are reduced. It is achieved efficient use of solar energy in biogas production, improved the stability and sustainability of the biogas reaction tank. This article analyses the best temperature of the biogas fermentation, expounds the working principle of the control system, design circuit and program for temperature control system is introduced importantly. Through experimenting, the system is steady, reliable and maneuverable, the need of using of solar energy to biogas production can be satisfied.
