摘要
振动气吸式精播装置是利用振动气吸工作原理实现精量播种的关键设备。散粒体动力学理论表明:为使物料运动更均匀、稳定,必须减少散粒体的内摩擦系数,增加其流动性。特定物料的内摩擦系数是常数,要想在不改变其物态的情况下改变其内摩擦系数是不可能的。为此,采用电磁振动方式来改善种子的流动性,使种子产生"沸腾"运动;同时,研究了电磁振动台的幅频特性,由此可以确定振动台的工作范围,对精播机设计有指导意义。
Vibrational air - suction precision planting device is a key equipment of seeder useing vibrational air suctiopn precision planting principle. According to the thoery of granular rejection, it is necessary to reduce inner friction force and increase fluidness of the granulars for its movement to being more uniformity and stabilization. If we change state of the given granular, its inner friction constant coefficient is to be changed. In this paper, a electromagnetic vibrator is used to improve seeds' fluient--‘boiling' movement, basing on this, we study the electromagnetic platform vibrator amlitude -frequency characteristic, and ascertain parameters scope of the vibrator.
