溶源性乳酸菌紫外诱变前后生长特性的初步研究

摘要 以OD值及CFU,pH三个指标对嗜热链球菌的生长动力学性质进行了初步的研究,分析了紫外诱变后嗜热链球菌生长动力学性质的变化及原因。实验结果表明,嗜热链球菌的生长特性符合典型的一步生长曲线规律。在整个培养期内,pH随培养时间的延长而降低。温和噬菌体经过一定条件的紫外诱变后转变为烈性噬菌体,导致细菌生长缓慢。 In this paper, the preliminary study of growth kinetics characteristics of streptococcus thermophilus has been done with three factors including the value of OD, CFU and pH. The changes and reasons after ultraviolet mutagenesis are analyzed. The resuhs show that the growth characteristics of streptococcus thermophilus are coincident with the typical one-step growth curve. During the course of culturing, pH decreases when time prolongs. The temperate phage is transformed into virulent phage after ultraviolet mutagenesis, which makes the bacteria growth slow.
