Dynamic Visual Simulation of TBM Construction Based on 3-D Geological Model

摘要 针对TBM施工涉及因素众多、地质条件复杂的特点,提出将三维地质建模技术引入施工仿真,对基于三维地质模型的长隧洞TBM施工进行动态可视化仿真研究。构建了TBM施工区域三维地质模型;全面考虑地质因素的影响,按照不同岩性条件选取参数并建立仿真模型,进行隧洞TBM施工过程仿真分析;根据仿真成果将施工信息与三维动态面貌进行耦合,实现基于三维地质模型的TBM施工过程动态可视化。实例分析表明,该方法改变了仿真结果传统的表现模式,为全面地掌握长隧洞TBM施工过程提供一种新的分析工具。 According to the characteristics of tunnel boring machine (TBM) construction,which is affected by many factors and consists of complex geologic condition,the idea of introducing 3-D geological modeling technique into simulation of TBM construction was presented,and dynamic visual simulation for TBM construction of long tunnel based on 3-D geological model was studied. The 3-D geological model of TBM construction region was set up, with consideration of the effects of geologic factors,the parameters were chosen and the models for different geologic states were built to simulate and analyze the TBM construction process, by coupling construction information with 3-D dynamic appearances from the results of simulation,dynamic visualization of TBM construction process based on 3-D geological model was carried out. Outcome of application in an example shows that the method alters the presentation pattern of simulation result,which supplies a new tool for analyzing of TBM construction process of long tunnel.
