摘要 为满足电热炉中温度控制的精度要求和便于现场使用,选用K型热电偶作为温度传感器,研制了基于AT89C52单片机为核心的智能测控仪。以实现模糊整定PID参数控制方案为核心,对测控仪的硬件和软件分别进行设计和研发,使PID参数能自动跟踪电热炉的工作状态。设计开发出先进而实用的高性能、高可靠性的测控仪,改善了电热炉温度控制指标。 In order to satisfy the accuracy requirement in temperature control for electric heating stoves; and make it easy to be used in the fields, selecting K-type thermocouples as the temperature transducer and developing an intelligent test & control instrument with AT89C52 as the kernel. With the control strategy of fuzzy tuning PID parameters as the core , the hardware and software of the instrument is designed and developed respectively, thus the PID parameters can automatically tracking the operating status of the stove. The instrument developed is advanced, highly reliable, and good for practical use ; it improves the performance indexes of temperature control.
