摘要
目的总结、分析化妆品皮肤病的临床特点和引起化妆品皮肤病的化妆品类型。方法对306例化妆品皮肤病进行了临床分析,对部分患者进行可疑化妆品斑贴试验。结果化妆品皮肤病的临床表现主要为接触性皮炎,可疑致病化妆品以普通护肤类为主,对172例患者进行的可疑化妆品斑贴试验的阳性率为26.16%。结论化妆品皮肤病的发生原因是多方面的,应加强化妆品知识宣传,建立一个完整的化妆品皮肤病监测系统。
Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical characteristics of cosmetic dermatosis and cosmetic types causing dermatosis. Methods 306 cases of cosmetic dermatosis were reported among all cases. Results 269 cases （87.91%） were diagnosed as cosmetic contact dermatitis and most cases showed that the general skin care products were the suspicious cosmetics. Patch tests were completed on 172 cases, 45 of which （26. 16% ） showed positive results. Conclusion There are many causes inducing cosmetic dermatitis. The propaganda of cosmetic knowledge should be strengthened and the complete cosmetic dermatosis monitoring system should be established.
