摘要
1 问题的提出国内碱式氯化铝的生产,自七十年代研制并试产试销起,进入八十年代以来,全国各地以各具特色的酸溶工艺,生产出液体或固体碱式氯化铝。当前急待研究的课题之一,首推提高产品的盐基度。笔者剖析传统中和法提高盐基度的化学反应得到启示,提出用碳酸铝钠Na_2O·Al_2O_3·2CO_2·2H_2O(简示为 NAC_2H_2)替代石灰或钠碱来提高碱式氯化铝的盐基度。为了直观地展示以 NAC_2H_2作碱剂的优点,特取中和前的原液为盐基度 B=0的 AlCl_3溶液,产品碱式氯化铝 B=50%,均按产出/摩尔 Al_2(OH)_3Cl_3计:
In order to raise the basicity of domestic product of basic alumi- nium chloride,alternative technique was explored of using sodium aluminium carbonate as neutralizer.This novel process decreased the amount of impurity, such as NaCl and CaCl_2 in the product.From the process of alumina production, sodium aluminium carbonate was recovered as a by-product on a commercial scale,which was shown to have the same chemical composition and X-ray dif- fraction patterns as the natural dawsonite.Basicity of product can be effe- ctively raised to a desired level up to 40% by dissolving specified amount of dawsonite in aqueous basic aluminium chloride solution of low basicity.This novel process is considered promising for its attractive economical merits.
