摘要
用酸析法从硫酸盐竹浆黑液中分离木素代替部分多元醇与TDI反应制备聚氨酯预聚体,再用制备的聚氨酯预聚体浸渍纸板制备纸基聚氨酯复合材料。对纸基聚氨酯复合材料的聚氨酯含量、吸水率、抗张强度、环压强度和湿强度进行了测定。结果表明,硫酸盐竹浆木素能够替代部分多元醇与TDI反应制备聚氨酯材料;纸基聚氨酯复合材料的强度性能得到很大的改善,抗张强度达300kN/m以上,湿强保留率近50%;纸基聚氨酯复合材料的最小吸水率为20.5%。
In order to explore new utilizations of lignin and increase the value of lignin products, bamboo lignin which was isolated from black liquor by acid precipitation procedure was used to partly replace polyols to react with toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) to prepare polyurethane. Then paperboard was impregnated with the polyurethane to produce paper-based polyurethane composite. The hold out of polyurethane, water absorption capacity, tensile strength, ring crush strength and wet tensile strength of the composite were determinated. The resuits showed that the polyurethane can be prepared by reaction of TDI with polyols and certain amount of lignin. The strength properties of the composite can be improved greatly; its tensile strength reaches 300 kN/m; the ratio of the wet to dry tensile strength is near 50% and the water absorption capacity is greatly decreased, with the minimum value of 20.5%.
