摘要
目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病并发心衰的诱因、早期诊断和处理。方法对2002年1月-2007年12月收治的35例妊娠期高血压疾病并发心衰患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果除1例孕妇死亡外,其余34例均抢救成功。结论妊娠期高血压疾病合并贫血、低蛋白血症、呼吸道感染、输液不当以及不适当扩容等是诱发和加重心衰的因素。妊娠期高血压疾病并发心衰应早期诊断、治疗,防止恶化。终止妊娠是治疗关键,终止妊娠的方式以剖宫产为宜。
Objective To explore the inducement and early diagnosis and management of heart failure of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods Thirty-five patients with heart failure of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy admitted from January 2002 to December 2007 were reviewed. Results Thirty-four patients were cured except that one patient was dead. Conclusions Anemia and low protein, respiratory tract infection, improper infusion and inadequate expansion treatment were inducement. Heart failure of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy should be early diagnosed and treated. Terminating pregnancy was key and caesareans section was main delivery manner.
