摘要
以月桂酸及β-羟乙基乙二胺为原料,采用真空-氯乙酸法合成了月桂酸酰胺两性表面活性剂,对月桂酸酰胺中间体结构进行红外跟踪,测定了终产品的表面张力和渗透力,并通过正交优化设计得出合成月桂酸酰胺中间体的较佳条件.
The lauric acid amide amphoteric surfactant was synthesized from lauric acid and β-hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine by vacuum-chloroactic acid method. The structure of the lauric acid amide intermediate was determined by IR and its better synthetic conditions was gotten by orthogonal experimental,with surface tension and penetrating power of the end product being determined.
