摘要
为发现新型光动力疗法光敏剂,设计合成了8个具有抗肿瘤活性的小分子酸与萘基卟啉缩合成的酯类化合物,并用MTT法对这些化合物进行了光动力抗肿瘤活性研究.所合成的8个化合物均未见文献报道,采用1HNMR等光谱手段进行了结构分析,抗肿瘤活性结果表明,其中两个化合物具有明显的光动力抗肿瘤活性和剂量效应关系,其他化合物在较高剂量下,也表现出一定的光动力抗肿瘤活性.
Finding a new photosensitizer, 8 ester compounds of porphyrins and small molecule acids with anti-tumor activities were synthesized, their anti-tumor activities were studied by MTT method. The ester compounds are not reported anywhere, which structures were elucidated by the spectrum. The result of anti-tumor activities showed that two compounds had evident anti-tumor activity and the dosage-effect relation. Others also had anti-tumor activity at high dosage.
