摘要
以MnO2/ZSM-5作为催化剂对乙醛气体进行臭氧氧化处理,考察了不同条件对乙醛-臭氧氧化反应的影响。结果表明,ZSM-5分子筛的孔结构有利于对臭氧和乙醛气体的吸附和浓缩,从而提高了催化活性;同时MnO。的负载量和焙烧温度以及催化反应的空速也是影响乙醛-臭氧氧化反应的重要因素。
MnO2/ZSM-5 catalysts were prepared and the different reaction conditions in the catalytic oxidation of acetaldehyde by ozone were investigated. The obtained results indicated that the excellent catalytic activity was ascribed to the ZSM-5 structure, which is favorable to the adsorption and concentration for ozone and acetaldehyde. The catalytic oxidation of acetaldehyde by ozone was dependent on the ratio of MnO2/ZSM-5 and heating temperature, as well as space velocity for the reaction.
