摘要
利用有限元分析软件DEFORM-2D,就汽车钢圈轮辐零件的实际所用材料(料厚t=6 mm、牌号为35号钢)的双重正间隙冲裁进行了其变形过程的数值模拟,获得了双重正间隙冲裁变形区应力应变分布特点及变形过程可以分为8个阶段的细观认识,论证了该新工艺的变形机理为冲裁、整修与挤压的组合。通过与普通冲裁变形过程模拟的比较,深化了对该新工艺乃至冲压分离工艺变形机理的认识。表明这种数值分析方法对研究发展冲压加工的理论和实践具有指导意义。
By utilizing DEFORM 2D software, aiming at dual positve clearance blanking for vehicle of steel plate (material thickness t = 6mm, trade mark is 35 steel) , the numerical simulation on the was carried out. The distributions of effective strain & effective stress of dual positive clearance blanking spoke parts deformation and its micro-deformation courses which can be divided into 8 phases were obtained. The cognition that the deformation mechanism of this new process is composed of blanking, shaving and extrusion was validated. Through compared with deformation simulation of general blanking, the cognitions of this new process and shearing process of blanking were deepened. It indicates that numerical analyzing method can provide a guideline for researching stamping process theory and practical production.
