摘要
提高高速砂轮的强度是保证磨削过程安全性的重要因素之一。本文通过试验,分析了不同窑类、不同烧成温度曲线对不同规格高速砂轮强度的影响。不同的窑类、不同的烧成曲线对φ400 mm砂轮的破裂速度影响较小,但对于φ600 mm的大砂轮,影响就很大。通过采用缓慢的升温速度、增加驻点保温时间、适当延长最高烧成温度时的保温时间等方法,改进烧成曲线后烧制的φ600 mm砂轮的破裂速度得到了很大提高,其平均破裂速度达到108 m/s,是使用速度的1.8倍。
An important factor for guaranteeing safety of grinding is to improve the strength of high speed grinding wheel. In the experiment, the effect of different kilns and different firing temperature on the strength of different sized high speed grinding wheel was analysed in this paper. It is concluded that, there is little effect of kiln type and firing temperature on breaking rate of Ф 400 mm grinding wheel, but there is noticeable effect on Ф 600 mm grinding wheel. By using low heating rate, increased soaking time during heating and prolonged soaking time at the maximum firing temperature, the breaking rate of Ф 600 mm wheels was improved greatly and reached 108 m/s ,which is 1.8 times that of application speed.
