摘要
韩国是跆拳道运动的发源地,也是世界跆拳道实力最强的国家。韩国跆协一贯注重通过改革创新推动本国跆拳道的发展,目前他们进行了包括改变场地形状、缩短消极判罚时间、重新整合仲裁体系、增加难度技术分值、更改加时赛规定等5项创新,使跆拳道技战术体系及其运用发生了重大变化。新形势下,中国应尽快从研究规则、练习特长技术,培养和全面提升运动员综合实力等三方面入手,重点增强我国跆拳道项目的竞争力,为今后在比赛中争取胜利提供基础和保证。
South Korea is the birthplace and the world＇ s most powerful country of Taekwondo. South Korean Taekwondo Association has always put emphasis on promoting the development of national taekwondo through reform ation and innovation. At present they conducted five innovations, make Taekwondo＇s technical and tactical system change greatly. Under the new situation, China should study the rules as soon as possible, training the technical expertise and enhance the overall strength of athletes , enhance China Taekwondo projects＇ competitiveness, provide the basis and guarantee for win the victory in the future.
