摘要
采用放射免疫测定方法 (RIA) ,观察 4 3例糖尿病患者血、尿 α1-微球蛋白 (α1- MG)、β2 -微球蛋白 (β2 - MG)及血肌酐 (SCr)变化。结果显示 :常规尿蛋白阴性 ,SCr含量异常者占 2 5.5% ,尿中 α1- MG/ Cr、β2 - MG/ Cr、血 α1- MG、β2 - MG异常者分别占 79.0 7%、6 7.4 4 %、37.2 1%、55.81%。各种微球蛋白测定的阳性率与 SCr比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 0 5)。结果说明血、尿 α1- MG、β2 -MG在诊断糖尿病早期肾损伤中有一定的临床意义。并提示血尿α1- MG、β2 - MG测定在反映肾脏损伤中比
diabetes patients were observed for the alternation of blood,urine α 1 microglobulin(α 1 MG),β 2 microglobulin (β 2 MG) and serum creatinine(SCr) by radioactive immunity assay(RIA).The results showed that the routine contents of negative urine protein and SCr were 25.5% higher than those normal positive rates.α 1 MG and β 2 MG in urine,α 1 MG and β 2 MG in blood were 79.04%,67.44%,37.21%,55.81% higher respectively than those of normal positive rates,the difference was remarkable ( P <0.005).It indicated that α 1 MG and β 2 MG in blood and urine had certain clinical significance in the early diagnosis of diabetic kidney injury.It is suggested that the detection show more sensitivity than serum creatinine in the kidney injury.
