摘要
钢铁厂产生的钢渣对环境造成巨大的压力。为了充分利用废弃的钢渣,在对钢渣的特性、合理的配比和工艺进行研究的基础上,将钢渣部分代替黄砂及磨细钢渣粉、部分替代水泥来制作混凝土护面块体,用于海堤工程,从而使钢渣处理达到资源化、无害化,提高了钢渣的附加值。
The slag produced by steel plants leads to enormous impact upon the environment. Based on the research on the special properties, rational proportion and process of the steel slag, concrete armor blocks for sea dyke projects can be precast by partially substituting sand with steel slag and partially substituting cement with fine steel slag powder in order to take full advantage of the discarded steel slag, to turn the steel slag into a type of harmless resource, and to enhance the additional value of the steel slag.
