摘要
文章论述了角度传感电路AS5040的内部结构、工作原理和使用方法,以及基于AS5040电路新型一体化磁旋转编码器的结构设计和硬件设计。磁旋转编码器有模拟和数字两种接口方式,在使用前可一次性编程为正交A/B、步/方向、无刷直流电动机换向三种工作模式之一。该新型磁旋转编码器具有成本低廉、体积小、结构简单、功耗低、精度高、抗干扰能力强等特点,产品经实际使用,能可靠应用于恶劣环境下非接触式角度和距离测量、电机控制等领域。
This paper discusses the operation principle and application of AS5040 angle sensor device, and describes the architecture and hardware design of a new-type magnetic rotary encoder based on AS5040. The integrated new-type magnetic rotary encoder provides analog and digital interfaces, and can be once programmed to operate in quadrature A/B, step/direction or brushless DC motor commutation mode. It has low power dissipation, high accuracy and strong capability of antijamming. The practice result shows that the product can be applied reliably in the fields of contactless angle and distance measurement and motor control with badly environment.
