摘要
高职院校教师定期到企业顶岗,在明确的责任、合理的时间安排和有效的配套措施下,增加教师的企业工作经历,提升教师实践技能,配合课堂与实习地点的一体化建设,解决学生"半工半读"中校外实习实训不足的问题。
Teachers of vocational colleges periodically work in companies under clear responsibility, reasonable time arrangement and effective mating measurements to enhance their practical business skills. Combined with classroom and field place integrated building, we can solve the practice and training shortage problem in work-study program.
