摘要 Dweck和Nicholls是成就目标理论研究的先驱,他们同时提出了两个类似的成就目标概念。在总结二人概念的共同点的基础上,介绍Ames等人在成就目标研究领域中的整合性研究及Elliot的扩展研究;指出成就目标研究中所面临的四个问题:概念界定的分歧、概念的操作化问题、概念术语的整合、成就特质与状态之争。 Dweck and NiehoUs are two pioneers in the field of achievement goal research and they put forward at the same time somewhat similar achievement goal coneeptions that have been particularly influential in this tradition. Based on analyzing the similarities of their concepts, this article introduces Ames and Archer' s integrative researches, and Elliot's expanding studies. In the end, this article points out four problems in the achievement goal researches: disepancy of concepts, coneeptualization, integration of different terms, and dispute between traits and states.
