摘要
永磁无刷直流电机无论是带位置传感器和无位置传感器控制,都涉及到换向的电磁过程。以BLDC工作在三相星型六状态模式为基础,详细讨论了驱动系统的三种换向情况,即换向正常、换向超前和换向滞后,并分别给出了几种换向情况下包含转子位置检测误差的相电流的解析表达式。以大功率永磁无刷直流电机为实例进行了仿真与样机试验验证,得到了三种换向情况下电动机相电流的仿真和试验结果。结果表明换向理论分析是正确的。
The control method of permanent magnet brushless DC motor both with position sensor or sensorless involved a serious problem of phase commutation electromagnetic process.
