摘要 提出一种基于Hu氏不变矩定量识别相位图改变的新方法。该方法利用混沌振子对微弱周期信号的敏感性,可以直接检测低频段内滚动轴承微弱的故障特征频率。同时以Hu氏不变矩作为指标,从二维角度量化振子的相变规律,直接检测滚动轴承微弱的故障特征频率,从而提高故障诊断的自动化水平。对滚动轴承内圈故障的诊断实例验证了该方法的有效性。 A new method to quantitatively identify the change of phase diagrams based on moment invariant of Hu was proposed. By using the sensitivity of chaos oscillator to the weak periodic signal, the characteristic frequency of weak fault of roiling bearing in low frequency band can directly be detected. Meanwhile, according to the phase change law of two-dimensional oscillator, the characteristic frequency of weak fault of rolling bearing can be directly detected by using moment invariant of Hu as an index. Therefore, the automation level of fault diagnosis is enhanced. The effectiveness of the method was demonstrated through the fault diagnosis of the inner ring of a rolling bearing.
