摘要
目的测定冠心丹参滴丸中丹酚酸B的含量。方法HPLC法,ODS2-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:(甲醇-乙腈):(甲酸-水)=37:63,其中甲醇:乙腈=3:1,甲酸:水=1:29;流速1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长为286nm。结果丹酚酸B浓度在0.1—0.9μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995,n=5)。加样回收率为101.56%,RSD=2.86%(n=6)。结论该实验提取丹酚酸B处理方法简单,测定结果稳定可靠,可作为冠心丹参滴丸中丹酚酸B的定量分析方法.
Objective To quantitatively determine salvianolic acid B in Guanxindanshen Drop pills. Methods The HPLC procedure was used in the detetvaination, the chromatographic column was ODS2 - C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was (methanol- acetonitrile): (formic acid-water) =37: 63, and methanol:acetonitrile =3: 1, formic acid: water = 1: 29. The flow velocity was 1.0 ml · min^- 1 , and the detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results It showed that salvianolic acid B had a good linear relationship when its concentration was in the range of 0.1 - 0.9gg( r =0. 999 5, n = 5 ) ; and the sample recovery of the procedure was 101.56% (RSD = 2.86%, n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for extraction and determination of salvianolic B in Guanxindanshen Drop pills.
